Ms. Mona Arishi
Heya Haya and LEI Academy Founder - MEA Client Centers Manager IBM MEA& Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs Manager – IBM Egypt &ME 30+ years experience, 30+ with IBM within the management career, in the fields of: Executive International Management, Globalization, Technical Pre-‐sales, Software Engineering and Quality, Business Processes, Business Controls, Corporate Social Responsibility and Project management, with a focus on Diversity, Work Life Balance as extra curriculum activities. Mona Arishi is currently the MEA regional Client Centers Manager in 6 countries, responsible for creating a memorable immersive and essential Client experience based on the IBM innovative, solutions for the various Industries in the region. Mona is also supporting the activities in IBM Egypt & Middle East Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs Manager, responsible for the company’s social responsibilities and relationships. She also held the honorary position as the Women Leadership Council since 2005, leading the 400+ ladies within IBM Egypt, supporting them to manage their possible concerns, work life balance, motivation and career progress activities. On another dimension, Mona is the Director of Heya Hayah “L’Eve Institute – LEI”, a social enterprise focused on improving the quality of life for the family in general and the feminine entity in specific. As part of LEI’s community mission, Mona provides volunteer Development Training for various NGOs and Associations on Body, Mind, Heart and Soul topics. L’Eve Institut aims to increase the awareness of Egyptian Women and their capability to play an active role within their zones of influence to lead and manage their lives. Mona has a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering from Cairo University, an MBA in International Management, and currently finishing her thesis for the DBA in responsible Management – Ain Shams University.
