Moez Elshohdi What He does for Living: • President Middle East & Africa – Style Hotels International, 1993 – Current. • Chairman and CEO – Style Image Management, 2008 – Current. What He does for Giving: • CO –Founder & CEO of Egyptian Food Bank 2006 – Current. • CO –Founder & CEO of Egyptian Cure Bank 2011 – Current. • CO –Founder & CEO of Egyptian Clothing Bank 2012 – Current. • CO –Founder & CEO of Food Banking Regional Network 2013 – Current. • He has successfully found 13 Food Banks in 13 Countries in the Region so far to serve the needy people to insure decent life and better community (since 2010 till now). • He has also successfully found the Egyptian Cure Bank to offer full Health care service to the people who can’t afford it. Also the Egyptian Clothing Bank to offer clothes, blankets and job opportunities in the Textile field. Moez El Shohdi comes up with a blend of experience in hotel management and humanitarian professional voluntary work with a strong self commitment to eradicate hunger in the region. El Shohdi earned the following qualifications and grants: • PHD holder in Business & Hotel Management. • Holder of Master of Business Administration as well as Master’s in International Arbitration. • Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration & Accounting. • He won the “Sheraton President’s Award” in 1983 for creating the concept of the Business Floors & Towers. • He had been granted the Award of “International Public Opinion” in 1992. • He was elected as member of the Egyptian Hotels Association (EHA) in 1994. • 1997, El Shohdi was chosen as a member in the Tourism Consulting Committee in Egypt. • Since Feb 2014 , he was chosen as a judge of the annual MBC Humanitarian Competition , ” Doing Good Campaign ” • On July 2014 , he was chosen to serve as a judge at the ” 2014 Enactus Egypt National Competition ” • He was also selected to be the President of the Judges Committee to the Best Idealistic NGO Competition “BINGO” in Beirut September 2014.
