Eng. Hala El-Gohari
Eng. Hala El Gohary has extensive experience of more than 25 years in the field of information technology, business integration, customer relationship management, innovation management, and service center management at the regional and international levels. Prior to joining the Authority, Ms. Hala El-Gohary worked for IBM for more than 20 years, during which she held many executive and leadership positions, the latest of which was the position of head of the company's global service centers in the Middle East and Africa. Eng. Hala El-Gohary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, which she obtained in 1994 from Cairo University with a grade of very good with honors, in addition to obtaining a master’s degree in Business Administration with a grade of very good from the University of Warwick in Britain in 2015.
