Eng. George Sedky
George Sedky is a CHRO in a giant organization operating in Egypt, the Middle East and Africa. He has prominent, successful experience in his field of work, a Strategic Planner & a Consultant. He succeeded to lead organizational transformation by adopting differentiated talent models, building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation and attracting, retaining and developing the best talent. Through 20 years’ experience, George’s role as a Human Resources leader in major corporations included the successful re-engineering of the Human Resources department goals and practices to be in alignment with business goals and objective. In addition to that, George has an extensive experience in leading mega educational projects across Egypt and the Middle East, through cooperation with various governments to develop the educational systems in order to have a competitive advantage for the industries in these countries by linking the educational curricula with the industrial needs. George is graduated from faculty of engineering, Cairo University, Major Aerospace Engineering, Doctorates of Business is in progress, and holding a Master’s of Business degree. Combined the Engineering education and the academic knowledge with the extensive practical experience in the HR field in many multinational & local companies in Egypt and abroad, to drive the organization to build its sustainable competitive advantage depending on the selection and development of top talent that possess capabilities that help differentiate the organization from its competitors.
