Mr. Mansour Amer
Mansour Amer, district attorney 1981 to 1987. Began his real estate development journey in 1989 Established his first 5-star hotel in Hurghada (Sultan Beach) in 1995. In 1996 he developed “the Nubian Village” 5-star Nabq’s pilot project Sharm El-Sheikh.
In 1994, Amer introduced the concept of full service casual Dining Launching “Chili’s” restaurants followed by “Carino’s”, “Alain Le Notre”, “Studio Misr”, “Halaket El-Samak”, MaMa, and Sombrero.
Created the popular family destination “Porto”. It all started with “Porto Marina” in 2005 on the Mediterranean Sea, “Golf Porto Marina” and “Porto Sokhna” the first fully integrated touristic development on top of Egyptian Mountains followed by different governorates in Egypt. Amer expanded in the MENA region, starting with “Porto Tartous” in Syria, “Porto Dead Sea” in Jordan and “Porto Agadir” in Morocco.
Honored as a pioneer in the touristic development sector several times in the “World Tourism Day”.
Founder of “Egyptian Waqf” and donated 1/3 of his assists to this charitable trust. Member of Parliament three consecutive rounds, appointed as deputy chairman of foreign relation committee.

Established 500-500 institution to build the largest cancer hospital in the world to be donated and managed by the Egyptian National Cancer Institution for free treatment.
